🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change — now you can manage your order cancellations directly from your account!
📝 Self-Cancellation (WooCommerce)
Customers can log in to their account on our website and cancel their order only if it hasn’t been handed over to the courier.
- ✅ If the order is not yet dispatched:
You will see a “Cancel Order” button on your order page. - ❌ If the order is already handed over to the courier:
The cancel button will be disabled (greyed out) and cancellation will not be allowed.
💳 Refund Process (If Cancellation Approved)
- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
- Confirmation of cancellation and refund will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
📌 Special Notes
- Cancellation must be done before dispatch — once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom or pre-order items, if any, are non-cancellable.
